From 1977 till 1998 the BBC ran a weekly topical programme called "Does he take sugar" which was broadcast on BBC Radio 4.
It gives an insight to the lives of disabled people and the social policies that affected them from 1981 - 1992.
This is a resource for anyone interested UK social history in a History of disabled people or general disability studies.
