Hi Vin
I find this sort of thing happens quite a lot (people using other job specs
and adapting them for their situation), but each case is slightly different.
I would advise the University to pay an Access Advisor to write the job spec
with them and to be involved in the selection process too. I think it would
be money well spent and they would be working with a person who really
understands the issues.
