Good morning fellow librarians
Ever since I started out in health libraries I thought it would be a good idea to take a course in medical terminology. And because my role now involves writing evidence summaries and performing lots of evidence searches, I think it would now be even more useful. Can anybody recommend a medical terminology course?
I'm aware the AMSPAR (Association of Medical Secretaries, Practice Managers, Administrators and Receptionists) in conjunction with City and Guilds offer medical terminology courses at 3 different levels. Are there any alternatives that you are aware of?
Kind regards
