Hi Leah,
Following on from Lauren's suggestions, We have a walk-in freezer in Ipswich as well. I can put you in touch with our conservator Bob if needed.

Hi Leah et al,
Some museum services have large walk in freezers that you may be able to use. Norfolk Museums Service does and I believe Cambridge University Museums do (who would be closer to you!)
Many thanks,
Lauren

Hi all
Can anyone advise me on treatment for woodworm in objects that are too large to go in the freezer? We have had some scythes donated to the collection, which have potentially wormy wooden handles. Does anyone use an off-the-shelf woodworm treatment? If so, are there COSHH implications?
Any advice would be gratefully received!
