Hi Paul,
Check that you have the gcc package installed, and then run 'autoreconf
-vfi'. That resolves several things for me. :-)
I've updated the page provisionally, but I'll rerun the steps on CentOS
and RHEL just to make sure they are consistent before I make autoreconf
the required step.
