Hi Tom, 
Regarding Heated, we have been involved with them for a couple of years. I
personally have not been on any of their courses (yet) as none of them
were particularly relevant to my field, but my previous line manager went
to some of their bigger events that were not centred around training and
apparently was very good for networking, etc.
