Several sites will have got warning messages from gridppnagios about their SEs (and possibly other things) due to it's briefly being unable to find them in the top BDII; I'm not sure whether that was due to RAL being unavailable and gridppnagios failing to use an alternate top BDII, or whether it did briefly manage to get bad data from them. By the time I looked, the information from the RAL top BDII service appeared to be OK, and the failing tests cleared up on their next run.
