The user agreement used by the Zooniverse citizen science platform
is suitably broad and has worked well for a number of high-profile
projects such as Old Weather & Galaxy Zoo.

Although the page is entitled 'privacy', the agreement there is also
about what is allowed to be done with the contributions that users
make.
