It is worth noting although Guelph perhaps painted with the broadest
brush, there are similar trademarks in the UK already.

It would seem reading the IPO journal so oppositions could be made would

I think it would seem that the idea of a benevolent organisation which
could protect trademarks (a la Apache) might be a good step
