We had a training program made available for all flu vaccinators - about 10 sessions and one to one training for some who could not attend the training session, training dept provided extra CPR/anaphylaxis training , all had post training questionnaire and were given the PDG for them and their managers signed.
They collected the vaccines which were signed out and given documentation(consent forms) clinic sheets were to be faxed back to OHD the same day( so we had a head count for vaccination) and completed consent were returned via internal post in confidentially marked envelopes.
This was all done 3 yrs ago, I don't have anything to do will flu planning now
