Hi Nic
We do offer screening for similar clients and we ask them to complete a paper based screening with all their imms and vac history, the clients may be elderly or immunosuppressed, it's good to know if these staff pose a risk to clients and the business good will ,you could advise re certain risks .

After studying the Green Book and trawling the Internet to no avail, I want to confirm: are there no imms and vaccs requirements for such workers as there is within the NHS or care homes? It is obviously recommended that the owner risk assess them but I cannot really see any need to take an imms and vaccs history as I would for employees involved in direct clinical care of patients. The client has requested pre-placement health checks so any advice would be much appreciated.
