Dear all,
During October an extended Software Development Workshop will be held at the CECAM node in Julich, Germany. The workshop is focussed on the software development challenges associated with biomolecular simulation, including tools for setting up, generating, and analysing large-scale molecular dynamics trajectories, making use of modern software development practices and taking advantage of leading-edge HPC systems.
Full details of the workshop are available at http://www.cecam.org/workshop-1214.html, and registration is open until 20th July at http://archer.ac.uk/training/registration/CECAM.php . Please note the event is split into a series of shorter workshops, and you are free to attend the subset of these which are most relevant to you.
Cheers
- iain
