Hi FSL users,
I have detected a positive interaction between two continuous variables (covA and covB) in a VBM study using:
EV1 EV2 EV3 EV4
Cov A CovB CovA*CovB Intercept
2.5 3.1 7.8 1
1.2 -4.2 -5.04 1
-3.7 1.5 -5.55 1
Contrasts: C1 [0 0 1 0] -----> significant result
C2 [0 0 -1 0]
Can it be interpreted from this analysis that greater covA*covB scores are correlated with greater GM intensity?
Or is there another test to run to determine the direction of the interaction?
Thanks,
Casey
