The UK’s No1 Train Apps mobile team need looking for an experienced analyst to become the mobile apps data guru at the trainline and help us consolidate our position as the number 1 travel app for iOS and Android.
We have a data-driven culture – our apps are well tagged and the behavioural insight we gain drives all new design and development work. You’ll both guide this process and also raise the bar, using techniques such as user segmentation, lifetime value analysis, cohort tracking, and modelling to drive our understanding forwards.
You’ll also work with the marketing team to optimise acquisition of new users, the CRM team to maximise engagement and retention, and the website team to understand cross-channel engagement and purchasing activity.
As the sole analyst in the mobile area, surrounded by a rapidly expanding team of developers, designers and QAs you’ll have the freedom to shape your role, choose your tools and set the direction of analytics for mobile.
