Hi Anne,
We have AKI alerts running in Meditech V6 at Sunderland.
We are assured that the date and time of collection are used and there
were no problems running the test script.
We have been running for a month now with no issues.

Subject: AKI algorithm on meditech
Hi Clare, Meditech tell me they use the date and time the creatinine
result is verified/authorised and not the date and time the sample was
taken. Can you confirm that is what happens in practice? Another lab
contacted me because they couldn't get the test script to work - of
course that is designed for sample date and time - did you manage to run
the test script or did you have the same problem?
Best wishes
Anne
