Apologies for cross-posting
Dear friends
Culture, Power and Politics is a regular monthly seminar, hosted by the New Economics Foundation in London, convened by me (for now, and probably indefinitely...).
After two sessions the project is developing well, with a good mix of political activists, research students and generally interested citizens contributing to a very high level of discussion.
Full details and podcasts of previous sessions can be found at http://culturepowerpolitics.org
There is also an autonomous working group investigating the nature of contemporary neoliberal ‘common sense’, and possible alternatives to it, which can be joined as a google group at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/new-common-sense
The next session on ‘The Politics of the Unconscious’ will take place on July 14th and all details are at http://culturepowerpolitics.org/session-1-neoliberal-common-sense-may-19th-2015/
Please pass on to any potentially interested parties, and please do feel free to attend, join in, intervene, correct my mistakes, etc.
Thanks very much
Jeremy
