In fix1.06
You will find that R is used in two routines:
From the top lines of fix2_a_train.R
library(party)
library(e1071)
library(kernlab)
library(class)
library(ROCR)
library(randomForest)
library(MASS)
and in fix_2b_predict.R
identical lines
library(party)
library(e1071)
library(kernlab)
library(class)
library(ROCR)
library(randomForest)
library(MASS)
We run
R version 3.0.2 (2013-09-25) -- "Frisbee Sailing"
On a x86_64-redhat-linux-gnu cluster using SGE as a scheduler.
Both fix1.05 and 1.06 run,
But both with problems, probably related to the cluster config - as I previously posted

Onderwerp: [FSL] Requirements of FIX
Dear all,
which version of R (and the other required software packages) is needed for running FIX, v1.0.6 aka v1.0.61b ?
Debian Wheezy seems to have a too old version of R (2.15.1), as the installations, described in the README wont work.
Greetings,
Matthias
