Only the test.ngs.ac.uk VO is around now as far as I know of the ones with ngs.ac.uk in the name.
training.ngs.ac.uk was the one that was decommissioned most recently.

Yes; they've all been taken out.
It would be good to flush them at sites but I can't say whether there's
risk in not doing so?
I suppose there's a chance that the names, ports etc. could be reused?
(BTW: monitoring.ngs.ac.uk was never "in" AFAICR, but it's definitely
out now.)
