Dear All,
I had no replies to my question posted earlier, so thought I would try to rephrase in case it helps.
When I plot the contrast estimates of the effects of interest (i.e. plot all experimental conditions) at a given significant voxel in my EEG interaction analysis, I'd like to know where the beta values that are plotted are derived from. It seems logical that each participant must contribute a value to this plotted number, only I don't know where to extract the individual's contributing data. I can of course, see the final plotted values by looking in the variable 'betas', however, this doesn't give each participants' data. I'd like to see what drives the interaction at this spatio-temporal location by running statistical tests on the data I'd like to extract; any help gratefuly received.
Best Wishes,
Gemma.
