Ingentaconnect is looking for a new Account Manager, Oxford based, to help support publishers in the UK. The scope of the position is to provide excellent levels of customer service to ingentaconnect's publishing partners. The Account Manager has overall responsibility and is the primary point of contact for a defined partner list, in terms of the relationship, recurring revenue and service level. The Account Manager is also responsible for upselling new services to their client list in line with set targets.
The key areas of focus within this role are to build, develop and financially grow relationships with ingentaconnect publisher customers, and to provide excellent service to ensure client retention.
