Hi
I used FIRST and I find differences in shape in the F test. I would like to check the direction of my differences (is it an enlargement or an atrophy?) and I did what was instructed in the user guide, i.e., used the timeseries option to see the direction of the results. However results in the timeseries are listed for each participant and it's not that clear whether one group presents with intensities under the mean (lots of between-subjects variability). Is there a way to find out concretely, for the whole group, whether I am faced with an atrophy or an enlargement in shape?
Thank you so much
Shady
