I think you will find that there is a lot of confidence in the C4SL product. Just a few naysayers who will never be convinced otherwise. But hey, that's life, it's never possible to please everyone.
Enjoy the drinking....hmm, I wonder what risk category the consumption of alcohol falls into?

"What's in a name... Would a rose smell as sweet by any another?"
Come on guys let's have a bit of clarity and less of the semantic jousting.
The problem here is there is no confidence that the C4SL process or product will deliver the maximum public health protection to the communities we serve. The departure to "low risk" was ideologically motivated and pragmatically expedient in a environment where economic growth particularly in the south-metro, is required at all costs.
Everyone knows that screening levels of all creeds are conservative, that is the point. They are there to trigger further risk assessment, and nothing more. There were never remediation targets and anybody who uses them, or allows them to be used as such is an idiot! But rather than educate, resource and sanction those that use them incorrectly Govt has decided to simply move the goal posts to accommodate them. "If you are going to use them as remediation goals them we will make them easier to comply with" and so we continue the on downward spiral.
And know I am off for a long weekend drinking in an attempt to forget all about it!
Cheers David
