Thank you everyone! I am trying to get more info...
Our prisons are in such a terrible state.... far too little help for the prisoners... now not even literacy classes in some.... I don’t know what the current illiteracy rate is - used to be c.40 - 60%

This chap has previous convictions -- which are on line, so take a look at them now.
He is a very troubled and violent person, it seems.

Article in our local paper in Faversham, Kent: Christopher Adjei, aged 29, has been sentenced to four years in jail in Canterbury Crown Court 'after grabbing a woman while she walked in Canterbury alone at night..the victim, in her 20s, was out at around 4am.man behind her started to call to her before grabbing her in a bear-hug.. When the terrified victim asked what he wanted, Adjei's behaviour then seemed to change, he stood up and apologised for his actions. The victim was able to flee..and raise the alarm.. Forensic testing by Kent Police found Adjei's DNA on the victim's coat.. ' The portrait of Adjei is of a very deeply troubled man.
Is four years a reasonable sentence? Did he want to rape her, I wonder, or just hug someone, talk to someone? What can be done to help him?
