Hi
I am running a resting state study with scans at 3 time points
I would like to look at the longitudinal differences between
1 and 2
2 and 3
1 and 3
So far I have done:
1. Group concat of all scans all timepoints
2. Separate dual_regressions for timepoint 1, timepoint 2 and timepoint 3
3. Fslmaths subtractions between each time point e.g. 1 - 3
4. -1-sample t test
Is this ok statistically? I.e I am effectively doing 6 comparisons (1-2, 2-1, 2-3, 3-2, 1-3, 3-1)
What is the best way to take this forward? Is there a better way to do this?
If I bonferroni correct classically, I need such high significance I get nothing
Thanks in advance
Sanjay
