Since last night, flirt outputs hex instead of decimal in the output matrix.
I am using Ubuntu "trusty". There were some automatic updates at around the same time.
This corresponds to the 'a' flag in printf.

I have re-installed fsl many times but I currently have no solution and I am in a time crunch.
Is anyone else seeing this? What should I do?
