Hi Drew,
yes, the order of the structures' fields do matter as well. Do you know
what you might have done to your data files that could explain such a
difference?
Attached is a new version of SPM12's spm_dcm_specify_ui.m that should be
more robust to differences in xY VOI.mat structures.
