Dear Kathrin,
this is rather odd and I cannot reproduce the error. Which version of
MATLAB are you using, on which operating system? Could you also check
that SPM is installed correctly by typing the following at the MATLAB
prompt:
>> spm_check_installation full
Could you also go through the exact list of steps you are following:
press the 'estimate' button on the SPM main figure, then double-click on
"Select SPM.mat" in the batch interface that opened and single-click on
the SPM.mat file you want to estimate, followed by pressing "done"?
