An opportunity has arisen to appoint an experienced academic to lead on decision-analytic modelling for economic evaluations of healthcare technologies. This post is part of the University’s long term commitment to international excellence in applied and methodological health economics research and to the on-going expansion of health economics expertise at the University.
You must have a strong track record in the quantitative and computational methods needed for decision-modelling including competence with relevant software or programming tools. A suitable background might include economics, business, operations research, informatics, decision science or applied programming. Experience in health economics is desirable but not essential if you can bring alternative valuable skills to the position.
University Grade 8 (£38,511- £45,954 per annum); Grade 9 (£47,328 - £54,841 per annum) depending on qualifications and qualifications
