Dear all
Quick question at ulster we have 2 levels of skills awards - EDGE and EDGE Excel - EDGE students complete 4 activities and for Excel they complete 6 - for both levels of Award they have to make a written application for it. However with the higher level award (Excel) they have an opportunity to also gain 'EDGE student of the Year' by an employer-led interview panel
My question is do you recognise any outstanding students within your Skills Award?... what format does that recognition take - a certificate / prize, dinner etc.?
I am trying to decide what format the 'EDGE student of the Year' should take and any and all suggestions are very welcome.
I will of course share any responses.
Best wishes
Sharon
