Hello fellow Echo360 users,

We are currently piloting the Delcom Lights with our Echo360 SCHD boxes and SWCap on PC. 

Has anyone managed to get these to work without requiring the user to log in each time? i.e. running as a 'service'. Our chats with Echo360 seem to lead us to believe this is not possible.

We are looking at alternatives to the device monitor program also. Has anyone used the Delcom Light switches with a linux-based platform to pause/resume the boxes? Or perhaps developed your own switch to pause/resume?

Many thanks for any advice or experience you have had using these.
