ASSISTANT REGISTRAR: REGISTRY SERVICES
Part-time 18.5 hours per week
Norwich University of the Arts is a successful specialist university, offering high-quality education at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Our dynamic, contemporary and creative provision of arts, design, architecture and media courses is delivered from a unique campus in the heart of Norwich.
The University is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Registrar to manage and develop the University Student Record System (SITS) and Web Portal, including the administration of all student data. The post holder will work within Academic Registry and play a key role in providing a professional and effective support function for the University.
Key responsibilities of the role will include the management and maintenance of Student Record System (SITS) and the effective administration and reporting of student information, contributing to the management information needed by the University for successful strategic planning.
Alongside excellent organisational and IT skills, the successful applicant will have sound knowledge and experience of working with large corporate databases and analysis tools; the ability to analyse and evaluate complex statistics and other data to meet internal stakeholder demands; and experience of process review and managing change. Experience of working within an academic registry in a higher education environment would be an advantage.
