Hello all,
I was asked today about the convention for citing a studentship award in a publication. Normally, for an EPSRC grant, you would cite the award number, but for DTA awards, the award number covers a big pot of money that is then subdivided internally within the institution to support many students. In addition, any individual student might have received support from a number of different DTA accounts, one for each year of their study.
In these cases, what is the convention for acknowledging the funder? Has anyone any ideas on this or should I ask for clarification from EPSRC?
Best wishes,
Mary
