Hi Arthur,
Not under the routine WebPA install.
It is possible to adapt WebPA (the source is available).
A simpler work-around could be to set up a series of assessments, with the forms (criteria) developing from that.
This is a similar problem to where colleagues wish to monitor how a team is developing over several weeks: since the standard WebPA system is designed for a single submission, one way to manage that is by having several (effectively periodic e.g. weekly) assignments, that collate the data. The reports can then be created and downloaded, so the data can be extracted to track this.
Regards
Neil

Subject: Monitoring the Group Dynamic
Hi,
One of my colleagues would like to have the option to create a form in which he could control (by date possibly) the release of the criteria in a form.
By having such an option he suggests that he would be able to monitor the group dynamic more easily and intervene at an early stage if required to do so.
Is there a way of doing this?
Regards,
Arthur Loughran
