Good to be reminded about this.
To Group synching issues we can add apostrophes.
Synching a Groupset- (->Collection) from Blackboard fails (silently) if the *Groupset* name has an apostrophe. (Groups with apostrophes are OK.)
So a Groupset called "Tony's Groupset" will not synch (though WebPA will tell you it has at synch time).

Subject: Re: Blackboard Group Set not pulling through
Hi Rebecca
I've come across this issue before and by chance it happened again this morning. We have noticed that if the group names in the set have hyphens or ampersands in them then WebPA does not recognise them. If you have any of these in the customised group names try removing them and see if that resolves the problem.
Best wishes

Subject: Blackboard Group Set not pulling through
Dear all
We're experiencing an issue with a Blackboard Group set not pulling through into a WebPA assignment, has anyone encountered a similar problem? We're on Blackboard 9.1. The module leader has set up a group set, and has customised each group name. When you set up a WebPA link and sync the data only the users are pulled in, and not the group set.
I've recreated this scenario in a test module, and found no issue pulling in the group set. A colleague has suggested that possibly the module leader has at some point synced the data without clicking 'pull in groups', and that the setting is then perpetually remembered - could this be the case, and can it be reversed?
Any insights/suggestions much appreciated!
Thanks in advance
Rebecca
