Dear SPMers
My question is now about building the correct 1st Level-Statistics (and especially contrasts) for my longitudinal data.
We have:
- 2 timepoints (4 weeks apart)
- 2 runs per timepoint (immediately followed each other)
- 2 conditions (regulate & view) per run
So far I preprocessed the data with the standard fMRI-Batch in SPM12, in which I used the 2 runs as sessions.
- Are there any speciality I have to conduct for preprocessing longitudinal data?
The idea was to build a 2x2x2 model (TP1 x TP2, R1 x R2, View x Regulate) using 4 sessions (TPs and Runs) and for each session 2 conditions (view & regulate) and a movement regressors as multiple regressor.
A final contrast should look like this: TP1 (regulate > view) > TP4 (regulate > view) but I struggle with building such a contrast.
- Do you think the fMRI model is correct? and how could I realize such a contrast?
Thank you very much in advance
Vivian
