Hi John, and André!
I also tried to transform volumes containing labels with Dartel. I tried to use the 'Deformations' tool, but I think it still performs Trilinear interpolation for the output.
I set up a batch, that can be seen on 'deform.jpg', and I got the result of 'dartel-nearset.jpg', although I expect something like 'normalize-nearest.jpg'.
There can be some other problem on my part, because when I run the previous batch, I get the warning:
Running 'Deformations'
Warning: QFORM0 representation has been rounded.

Done 'Deformations'
Maybe this also takes part in my problem. What can this warning mean?
Best wishes,
Csaba
