Hi Libby,
Like others that have replied to you, I suggest risk assessment or have the trainer retest their driving skills in relation to tasks that require depth perception, such as loading shelves etc.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] Flt driver and depth perception
Hi,
What do others do if an employee gets unacceptable result on stereopsis when using keystone?
I think it's like being colour blind as in its just the way some people's eyes are and can't be changed. I had a chap this week who's been safely loading and unloading above eye-level for 5 years but failed on depth perception. I didn't feel I could advise him not to continue but it has got me wondering!
Thanks in advance!
Libby
