Hi Martin,
There is the InfoAge+ app I worked on for the Science Museum
http://www.sciencemuseum.org.uk/educators/plan_and_book_a_visit/things_to_do/activity_sheets_trails_apps/info_age_app.aspx,
the idea is that the creative outputs of the activities will be used in the
classroom in a follow up session, or completed in class. I can't comment as
to whether they are or not in practice though, hopefully the evaluation
will pick that up.
