Hello everyone,
I would like to subdivide an image mask into multiple components (e.g., 2 or 3) consisting of randomly assigned voxels. I do not want this to be done as a function of intensity or other values, but at random.
I'm seeking suggestions as to how one might implement this in FSL. Alternatively, suggestions using a combination of FSL and/or other software are also welcome.
