Subject: Apex AKI Alerts
Since going live with AKI Alerts on Apex we have identifed errors in the generation of some alerts and have had to switch them off.
The issue relates to AKI Stage NA being generated even in the presence of a previous creatinine result.
CSC are investigating and think this relates to the previous results having been archived.
Could any Apex users who have gone live with AKI Alerts let me know if they have experienced any similar problems and also at what interval you archive results?
Apologies to non Apex users.
