Dear Colleagues
Developments in mobile technology have created new opportunities for public transport to use real-time information sourced from passengers to improve service delivery and the passenger experience. Researchers from the University of Sydney who work on the RateIT project, are interested to know your views on what types of crowd-sourced real-time information can be useful to bus operators and passengers.
Please complete our short online survey. We are interested in a range of participants, including operators from the bus and other public transport industries, transport researchers, consultants and other interested stakeholders. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
