Dear all,
I am attempting to perform some multimodal imaging analysis comparing primary and secondary glioblastomas as part of a broader investigation of the heterogeneity of glioblastoma tumours.
I have structural MRI, DTI, perfusion weighted and magnetic spectroscopic data all co-registered to the same imaging space for 50 patients.
Could Biological Parametric Mapping SPM be used to complete this analysis? I understand the software is primarily for fMRI but was wondering if it could be used to assess the relationship between these four modalities to elucidate differences between primary and secondary glioblastomas.
Kindest regards,
Daniel Fountain
