Hi Kristof,
My apologies for the late reply.
OpenSSH is still very much a focus for us. The patch has been looked at (as Sam reported) and comments left by the reviewers, but as part of going to going to service, we prioritised stabilising the infrastructure side of the software, including FreeRADIUS, the Moonshot UI and GSS EAP mechanism and the Moonshot Trust Router code, over delivering a patch for the new versions of OpenSSH 6.x.
Now that the service has been launched, we're working on finding a long-term solution for the general maintenance of the patch, as well as its eventual absorption into the distributions. One of the challenges that we will face is the continuous refactoring by the OpenSSH team themselves, others are distribution code freezes that effectively mean that our patch won't be in the main distributions for a while yet.
I know this is not quite the answer you hoped for, but that's unfortunately all we have at the moment.
With Kind Regards
