Hi,

If anyone is not yet able to comply with data transmission to the UK Renal Registry (as required by the June 2014 Safety Notice) can you please e-mail [log in to unmask] outlining your plans and stating your LIMS system. 

This request is to help the measurement work stream understand any difficulties there might be with data transmission. If your delay is simply due to delayed implementation of the algorithm, please say so.

No data you send will  be used to report your Trust to NHS England for compliance failure.
