Well, to elaborate a bit -- When I put such things together I usually build
a toc at the end so as to avoid having to adjust pagination all the time.
And--well, guess what--I forgot to move it up front, and it just stayed
there at the end. So I thought, well, what the hell, I won't bother ask
Lars to change it. The book's pretty short, so I don't think anyone will
have trouble finding their way about. So there it is, like an extra little
poem.
