SHI Foundation Postgraduate International Conference Travel Grants.
The Foundation offers support postgraduate students and early career researchers to present or co-present a medical sociology / sociology of health and illness paper at an appropriate international conference outside the UK by providing funding for registration, standard accommodation and travel costs. Awards will be made up to a maximum of £600 to present findings at an international conference of the applicant's choice.
Three rounds of awards are currently planned, with each individual award to a maximum of £600. Deadlines for applications: 1 April 2015 (10 awards to be made); 1 October 2015 (four awards to be made); 1 April 2016 (10 awards to be made)
