In addition to unique visits we have a series of key performance indicators kpis which help show change eg 'take up' of a service such as online tickets over time, less phone enquiries but increased email and visits to key info pages. Cost per transaction, varied completion rates and most important of all satisfaction rating from using the web services through online and face to face surveying
This is a brief simplified overview.

Apart from the Taking Part stats, are there any other figures you draw from to get a picture of the extent and changing nature of people's engagement with museums and galleries online over time? Are there any figures which show how many people use apps, or spend long periods watching film or podcasts? Any pointers very gratefully received.
