Hi Asimina
If the tablet is online, I'd go WordPress ("no great shock" suggestion
from me there..) and then just use a locked down browser on the tablet.
This'd give you the most flexibility and you'd be able to change content
remotely and so on. Even if you weren't online you could probably
wrangle local storage to do what you need, although I believe I've read
some stuff about it being problematic to cache audio files...?
If not, you could consider something like a presentation app maybe? So
you'd basically be running a slideshow - deck for Android
(https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=air.com.deck.mobile&hl=en) or
Keynote on iPad
(https://itunes.apple.com/en/app/keynote/id361285480?mt=8) - which I
_think_ will deal with audio files?
Or - if there's network access at the location then go the easy route
and just put all the audio files on SoundCloud, then people can access
them from their smartphone without the need for any hardware provided by
you..
tt
Mike

This should be a very simple piece of digital interpretation accessible through a tablet and it will be used at an exhibition at the Hampton Court Palace flower show. Do you know any software that might be appropriate for this? Due to budget restrictions we are looking at an existing software rather than developing a custom made one using a developer and designer.
