I see that there's an option for outlier replacement (--repol) in the help listing for eddy. However, the only documentation I can find is in Jesper's course lecture (http://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fslcourse/old/2013/lectures/EddyTalk2013.pdf).
Is this option functional? If so, 1) what is the z-score cutoff for identifying an outlier, and 2) does --repol produce a file containing a list of slices that have been replaced in each volume?
Thanks,
Ruskin
