Hi,
I have a longitudinal dataset with multiple subs scanned at 3 time points in an fMRI event-related paradigm. I have been looking around on the web and also on the listserv for the exact answer to my question, but am having trouble finding it. I am sorry in advance if I am just missing it. I want to extract avg signal across predetermined ROIs, and then to convert it to percent signal change.
I want to compare ACROSS time points in another program like HLM or SPSS and to have the values be comparable - which is why I thought converting to a common measure like % signal change might be helpful. Open to other thoughts if I'm thinking about this the wrong way!
I have a few questions:
1. Is there a way to do this with the fslmeants command and afterwards convert it to % signal change?
2. Otherwise, would it be through featquery? I'm a bit confused because when I check the % signal conversion on feat query the numbers don't appear to be in % - they are in fact quite large.
3. Is there a difference in using the cope or PE files? This is for an event related design.
Thanks in advance,
Aviva Olsavsky
